Strategic Primary Science Expert
Established in 2011, Genohouse Science Junior Education Centre is a MOE-registered, premier provider of MOE-aligned Science tuition programmes for Primary and Lower Secondary levels. We are committed to promoting applied knowledge, and as such, our centre boasts a team of field practitioners in our Teaching & Curriculum Planning Department who conduct classes within their specialised areas of expertise. Some of our practitioners have even made appearances on reputable media channels such as CNBC, CNA, BBC, Straits Times, Mediacorp Frontline, and local radio stations. Additionally, our team includes authors and editors of science assessment books and guidebooks.
Genohouse has been recognised as the Best Enrichment Centre for Systematic Teaching Approach and Customised Materials by ParentsWorld Magazine. Our highly regarded curriculum team has produced the popular Primary Assessment Series S.O.A.R. In Science! published by Armour Publishing House, as well as the 2023 New Syllabus (Primary) Thematic Tests and Exam Practice and the Lower Secondary Science Revision Guide published by Marshall Cavendish Publishing House.
Understanding that traditional rote-memorisation methods are no longer effective in modern education, Genohouse is dedicated to developing systems and strategies that ensure academic success within a group setting, regardless of students' past performance.
To achieve this, we have created the S.O.A.R. methodology, which is based on extensive research and practical observations of how an average students can make tremendous progress and become a high-performing individual. Alongside the S.O.A.R. methodology, our lesson incorporate engaging activities that stimulate intellectual growth and cultivate the qualities of high achievers in each student. Moreover, we foster a culture of community learning, encouraging staff and students of different levels to interact and collaborate outside of tuition hours for additional learning, sharing of knowledge, and problem-solving.
The end result? An accomplished individual who not only possess knowledge but also puts it into action.
